Eat Healthy

The saying goes, "You are what you eat".
Eating well and healthy is obviously important for physical
health. But consuming less unhealthy stuff and having more healthy
foods also contribute to emotional well-being, as it makes you feel
good about yourself, that you are doing something good for
yourself.
On the other hand, the consumption of unhealthy foods is normally
accompanied by feelings of guilt and self-reproach.
In any case, when your body feels better, your mind feels refreshed
and more active too. You feel more energetic both physically and
mentally.
So, cut down on processed sugar, on carbohydrates, and don't eat
too much meat and diary products. Have more fruit, more vegetables,
and drink more water.
Eat healthy, be happy.
