People who work their bodies are usually more likely to be happy
than those who don't.
Exercise makes us feel fitter, healthier, more energetic, more useful and generally
better about ourselves.
Exercise makes us perspire, releasing harmful toxins which might
otherwise be trapped in the body. In addition, it improves blood
circulation and bowel movement. Exercise has also been shown to
release a certain chemical in our bodies which lifts our moods and
makes us feel happier. If you exercise with other people, it is also a
great opportunity to socialize.
So, there is a double emotional and physical benefit to exercising.
Overcome laziness, excuses and inertia, go work the body!
