Build Bridges, Not Walls

Ask yourself this question: "Am I more often the reconciliatory element in conflict, or more often the causal element?"

When family members or friends are at loggerheads, try to reconcile them. Conflicts are better faced and conquered than avoided. You will benefit too.

And when you are part of a conflict, try to make peace. Take a step back. Be calm.

And if you often are the cause of conflict between others, try to eradicate that element from your life. It's not healthy, not just for others, but for yourself too.

Make peace, not war. Build bridges, not walls.
