Adjust Your Subconscious Mind

Certain things have a habit of repeating themselves in our lives.
A common example is that some people are always late for
appointments. When they allow themselves to be convinced that,
"That's just me, I can't change it", then their subconscious
minds are pre-programmed to be late. Even if they are scheduled to be
on time, somewhere, somehow, something goes wrong - the bus broke
down, couldn't find the keys, the baby was crying. And then they go,
"I knew it! I'm late again! That's just me." But of course!
To improve our lives and give ourselves more fulfillment, we need
to weed out the unhealthy subconscious thought programs. "I'm
always sick", "Bad things always happen to me",
"My relationships are bound to fail", "I'll never be
rich", "I'll never be happy" - all these must go.
Replace them with healthy and happy patterns instead, and we'll be
happy.
It definitely won't be easy, especially if certain patterns have
been prevalent in our lives for many years already. Our bodies resist
change. We have inertia. But it can be done. Meet the challenge!
