Dear friends,

Economically and financially speaking, it has been a rather rough year, and these are tough times for most of us.

But I firmly believe that there is a silver lining to every cloud. For example, leaner times will teach us to appreciate what we still have, as well as the simple things in life. They, in a way, force us to return to the things in life which really matter, like our families and relationships.

Take heart, hang in there.

Here is wishing you a wonderful and blessed Christmas. On that note, I have four things to day:

enjoy the love and warmth of family and loved ones
consumerism is NOT part of Christmas
25 December is but an arbitrary date
let us strive toward making every single day an embodiment of the true spirit of Christmas
